Certified Play Therapist

Bláth Play Therapy was founded by Certified Play Therapist, Aoife O'Neill.  Aoife trained with the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC), accredited by the University Of Galway. Aoife has worked with play therapy clients covering a wide range of circumstances and needs.

Aoife is regularly Garda vetted and is fully insured. Aoife also attends regular clinical supervision to ensure her work maintains the highest professional standards. Aoife attends Continuing Professional Development to expand and broaden her expertise. Aoife maintains professional membership with Play Therapy Ireland which is affiliated with Play Therapy International and is a member of the Irish Play Therapy Community Association.

Before establishing Bláth Play Therapy, Aoife was part of the Play Therapy team at the Family Resource Centre in Listowel, Co. Kerry.

• Montessori Education BA (Honours) degree (Cork Institute of Technology)
